Is there anyway to have the main page just show a chunk of content from the beginning of each post instead of showing the excerpt of the post?

I’m having the same issue (i think)
When moving through the pages of posts on the mainpage of our site, the last page always returns a 404 error…
Any ideas?
I’m not using any sort of pagination plugin.

I am wondering if it is possible to create a Child menu dropdowns.

e.g. Main Menu is Animals, under animals – cat, dog, camel, horse, etc.

can we have another sub-menu under Cat, Dog, Camel etc. which drops at the right side of those dropdown menus?

am giving example just to make my points simple.

What do u call that dropdown menus one after another?

Is it possible in Arthemia?

I was able to get the other cats to show up in the middle of the page. but i can’t get the actual posts to show up under them….
